TIC Super gives you access to direct, residential property investment based on The Investors Club tried and true method of diversified property investment across:
- ‘Buy and hold‘ residential property;
- Refurbishment of properties for resale;
- Acquisition of discounted stock from distressed developers; and
- Small and large scale property developments.
TIC Super accept many different contributions. These can be your regular employee contributions, salary sacrifice, personal contributions, and the contributions split with your spouse. TIC Super is also opened to family and friends joining, and already members who run their own businesses and are planning to transfer their staff members’ contributions.
